PETS AND CHILDREN
We do not mind if you bring your kids or animals into the studio to tan with you. But just know this one thing...we are NOT BABYSITTERS, and we expect your children and animals to be on their BEST behavior. We do not prefer them to be left unattended if they can not sit still, and if they move or spill anything, can you PLEASE clean it up:) Basically...if they can not behave appropriately...leave them at home.

All tans are to be scheduled by appointment only. A waiting list will be made once the day is booked. You may cancel your appointment anytime up to 2 hours before your scheduled service with no penalty.
CANCELING/RESCHEDULING your appointment within the 2 HOURS before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $20. NO SHOW appointments will be charged for one full tan ($55) or the full fee of the book service amount.
If you have an existing tanning series/package and are a NO SHOW, one tan will be deducted from your balance.
If you do not have a package and are a NO SHOW, you will be charged one full tan ($55) or the balance of your booked appointment amount.
If you have a membership, appointment cancellation policies still apply. There will be a $20 fee for canceling within 2 hours of your appointment and a $55 fee charged (or the fee of the book service amount) for a no show appointment.
MEMBERSHIPS do not exclude you from the regular appointment and cancellation policies.
You may call the studio at 404.256.0777 to book your next tan, or you may book online.
When you call the studio to book, we will ask you for you desired time, name, email, phone number and a method of payment to hold the appointment...either a credit/debit card number or a SPRAY STUDIO® gift certificate number. We only ask for this information (which is also requested with online booking) to secure your spot and to cover us if you do not cancel in time or are a no show, resulting in a loss for us that could have been filled by another client. As of now, the Cancellation Policy is as stated above. Clients are notified of all business changes via email.
TAN EXPIRATION POLICY
Sometimes we run specials where you can purchase multiple tanning sessions at one time in a SERIES or PACKAGE.
All tanning series/packages are valid for 6 months from purchase date. At the 6 month mark, any unused tans will expire.
It is advised you do not purchase more tans at one time than you will use within 6 months. To be the first to know when we run these specials, please follow our social media or be added to our email list.
Tanning results are subject to lots of factors. But we understand that sometimes things happen. If you are ever unhappy in ANY WAY with your service or tan, PLEASE contact ALICIA (the owner) personally within 24 hours of your appointment. She will take it from there:)
